gabrieladf09 's review for:
Sing, Unburied, Sing
by Jesmyn Ward
~3.5~
I will say, Jesmyn Ward's writing is absolutely gorgeous and the book was actually really good. However, I was very much dragging myself to finish this book lol only because the plot was a bit confusing. It kind of felt like there were different side plots happening but no main one where there was a resolution or a main conflict. I was a bit disappointed that I did not really get into this book because I loved "Salvage the Bones" which is another one of her books. Nevertheless, it was a good short read and I did genuinely feel like there were some instances that left me pretty shook. Overall, give the book a chance it was pretty worth it :)
