A thoughtful look and critique of misogyny and femicide in the Caribbean. The pacing was slightly slower than I normally liked but the writing was strong and multiple POVs flowed from one to another without a lot of friction. If you are looking for an incisive critique of cycles of violence especially in the Caribbean, told through immersive storytelling, read this book.
