This book was very repetitive and based entirely on the author’s “fair play system.” I thought it read like a verrryyy long instruction manual and found it to be a rigid approach to family life. I can see how this approach would make sense in a workplace, but it did not resonate at all with me in regard to my family. The first few chapters were downright depressing anecdotes and “divorce” seemed to be used throughout as a fear tactic to gain buy in to the fair play system.
