Finite and Infinite Games: A Vision of Life as Play and Possibility
by James P. Carse
It was an interesting book, written as a sort of collection of aphorisms. It was well written, but part of the way through I began to wonder if there was really any true philosophical insight within or if the author was just drawing a metaphor between life and various forms of game-play. I admit I may have been expecting something entirely different than what the book was meant to offer. All in all it is a thought-provoking book and definitely worth the time to read.
