Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

A clever story. The relationship problems pulled me in and seemed real enough for me to stay. The way both main characters were portrayed was brilliant, always reminding you that you never really know a person, that there are always two sides of the story of what went wrong in a relationship, and both sides usually think they are right.

It was a challenge to keep recreating the already set pieces of the story over and over again because it is revealed that 'nothing is as it seems at first' and I like a book that challenges me.

And I loove Amy. Call me crazy, but there is so much to admire there. And Nick knows that.
