Time After Time by Louise Pentland is about a woman who feels a little stuck in her relationships, career, and general life.
This novel is all about self discovery from Tabby herself to her father and really brings a message through about being true to yourself. With a deep love for antique items, Tabby is an intriguing person who has Vivi as a supportive friend. Their tale of how they became friends is so touching, and it really spoke to me.
Although this is an emotional read, I believe that in order to fully enjoy it, you have to relax a little and let your imagination run wild, taking you on a journey through time.
The reason why I gave it this rating because I would have liked seeing more depth to Tabby. She needed a long time to connect the dots in the picture that the author was making very evident to the readers. Her relationship with David also left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.
