Without Merit by Colleen Hoover
4.0

This is not the best Hoover book I've read. Parts were a little unnecessary and/or stilted, and a touch cheesy. The prose is fairly pedestrian. And yet , I still really enjoyed it, because Hoover does a great job capturing emotions, and the romances are sweet.

I did love this quote "...I can almost bet it doesn't leave you feeling like you have less skin than before you opened the book". While this book didn't do this to me, I have a big weakness for characters who love reading as much as I do, and I know exactly what she meant.
