Lease on Love by Falon Ballard

I don't know what is more unbelievable, the luck this gal has in finding an amazing swoon-worthy guy, her luck in having so many wealthy people in her life in order to cushion her way to greatness, or the real estate she just happens upon and is asked to pay next to nothing for. But that is why you read romance novels in the first place right? The fantasy? This is QUITE the fantasy. LOL

But it was such a fast and easy read, the premise seemed pretty original (in comparison to the handful of romances I have read), and in some ways, I really related to the protagonist. No, I don't have her luck or connections, but her father and my father should go bowling together.

This is one of the few romances where I liked both the protagonist and the romantic interest. Those books are rare and well worth the 3.5 rating.
