The Day We Met by Rowan Coleman

3.0

Wanted to like this more than I actually did. Interesting story of 3 generations of women, the middle generation - Claire, suffering from early onset Alzheimer's. We piece together her story from her narrative as well as daughter and mother.
The family relationships are handled very deftly and with great insight but somehow there didn't seem to be the necessary substance to the book. I enjoyed "Still Alice" by Lisa Genova (with the same theme) far more, despite it being an American and this a British book.
