Twisted Love by Ana Huang

2.0

Read via audiobook... If you're wanting to read this novel, I suggest NOT listening to it on audio. Ava's narration is insufferable and the way she narrates Alex's voice in her POV is cringey and annoying as hell. I just about DNF'd but I'm stubborn and have never DNF'd a book. This was a close one.

The premise of the story isn't actually terrible and there's a good chance that had I read vs listening I would have actually enjoyed the book. Alex's narrator, Aiden Snow, is great, he's dreamy. The plot was also completely predictable, but that doesn't usually deter me from liking the book. The issue for me entirely is narrator, Cindy Kay, and I will probably never listen to anything by her again.

Due to my stubbornness, there's a good chance I may try a re-read of this as an e-book to see if I enjoy it anymore than I do now.
