dnf… (dont waste ur time) im upset because the plot of the book sounds so interesting however the book itself is anything but.
the characters have no personality and are easily interchangeable. they continually make the dumbest decisions and i dislike every single one of them.
did read the last couple chapters just to see if it would be worth continuing and it wasnt the fact that hyde killed himself is annoying and a letdown (as if i could be let down anymore).
i was thinking this was gonna be one of those situations where its like a kooky rich person and theyd have to do like weird challenges or whatever to get the scholarship. nope. i figured theyd be locked in with no way to escape (i.e. a storm). no they couldve tried a lot harder to get out and the cops were literally like right in front of them. i read for as long as i did out of spite but i just couldnt any more.
