Ok damn wow. First things first I just want to say I love kenji and can’t believe he and nazeerah aren’t together with kids😭 Second, I’m SO happy for Adam and Alia they got everything they wanted and deserved. Third, James and Rosa remind me so much of Kenji and Naz. Ok so basically I loved but disliked this book. At the beginning and end it was so obvious that Mafi is milking this series and that she’s trying to give James so many problems. I can see them all treating him like a child, but not being that mean and undermining him to that extent. Actually wait, it’s semi-realistic. But I don’t like how she portrayed Warner as I person who would fight with James about who is more traumatized, that’s just unnecessary drama. Overall this book was kinda disappointing and a fun trip down memory lane, 3⭐️ for kenji.
