Jock Row by Sara Ney

This surprised me. I thought it was going to be dumb and/or angsty, but it wasn’t. It’s actually pretty darn sweet. You’d never know from the cover. Sterling Wade is my favorite romantic lead I’ve read so far. Even in romance books I’ve loved before I’ve never really felt strong about the love interests? That sounds weird, but its basically true. Maybe it was because I was expecting a douchebag or someone who is too masculine to know his feelings, but he was basically a cinnamon roll. It was refreshing that the plot wasn’t should we be together/what will people think? It was just them falling in love. I loved that. I need to read more of that. His mom is also a historical romance writer—which, yes please.
