My Mechanical Romance
by Alexene Farol Follmuth
I ran into many reading blocks while reading this book if I'm going to be honest. But the book actually addressed a lot of things about the STEM field in respect to women and I love that. The topic wasn't sugar coated, it wasn't glossed over, it was a recurring topic in the book, but it was also the subtle things that were highlighted. I also liked how the book didn't have the main character have everything spelled out for her and it actually felt like a teenaged girl trying to figure out her life, which was very relatable.
