Thrice great grandchildren of Holmes and Watson meet and team up. Here are reasons to read this series:
Descendants - Jamie Watson and Charlotte Holmes are the descendants of the famous literary duo
School - who meet for the first time at school, both having heard of the other for awhile
Recreation - But when people at school start being found in the recreation of mysteries of Sherlock’s famous cases
Investigation - they must team up to investigate why they are being targeted
If you are a fan of Truly Devious or a Good Girl’s Guide to Murder series, this has the same vibe. Although in this case we do follow the point of view of Jamie. The ending isn’t shocking, but I really felt like the characters were so well done. This is the first in a 4 book series and I will be reading the rest through the end of the year!
