This second book in the series did not disappoint! I actually ended listening to most of this book and it was so good! We follow Junior and Lauren rekindle their relationship after a teenage fling. Junior is wanting to look to his future and Lauren is trying to cope with her past. I loved the development of their relationship in this book. Junior had his issues but overall treated her so well. Lauren frustrated me at times but by the end a lot of my frustrations made sense and didn’t matter that much. Overall I really enjoyed this book and I think it was a well done sequel to Lights Out. I’m excited for the next one 😍
