Most of the time reading it felt like a good true crime podcast. You know, not one of those where two white ladies are horny for a serial killer, but one of those that dives into the psyche of the killer, and are factual and non-speculative about the murders.

I really enjoyed the dual one-sided mental battle between Kawashima and Chiaki, clearly stating the needs of two very broken people.
