Attack on Titan, Volume 4 by Hajime Isayama

I do think the anime improved on the manga in this series of stories here. Placing the training segments at the start of the story (as they did in the anime) helped us relate and care about the characters more when tragedies struck at Trost. In the manga, these sequences are relayed in several issues of flashbacks post-Trost. Marco's contribution in particular, while touching here, was definitely developed more in the anime, so

. Regardless, I enjoyed the banter of the 104th and seeing some extra tidbits the anime didn't include.
