Very glad I finally got around to reading this! Some parts felt very slow, but for the most part I didn’t mind because it all felt very real and authentic. I know a lot of people don’t care for Emma’s character, but I like that she had flaws, it made her more real and the fact that we got to see her improve due to the influences around her was really nice. This was my first Austen read (very late to the party); can’t wait to continue on!
