A Touch of Brimstone by McKenzie Hunter

2.0

Horrible, cringey dialogue. A main character that gets in the way more often than not, while making threats she can't deliver on to people who have no reason to entertain her bravado but still do because her boring character has somehow moved the heart of the prince of the underworld enough for him to want to keep her alive after mere days of knowing her. The two stars are for a world full of POC characters.
