Not good at all. I'm sure the author had good intentions, but this book was all over the place. Nothing was linear, there were random bullet points everywhere (one entire chapter of them!) and unfortunately I got through 75% of it before realizing there was not one useful bit of information. and as a self proclaimed self help junkie, that is saying a lot. A big disappointment...
