I liked Lynsey (had a hard time with that spelling) and Josh. This is a fairly predictable but easy read.
I do not love the way both Lynsey and her mom talk about weight and food. It felt unnecessary to the story and really pulled me out of the narrative.
I skipped Next in Line to read this one, mostly because I didn’t love Kate and Miles and I knew a story about Sam and Maggie would feature them. I probably won’t read Next in line nor Take A Number. I haven’t liked Dean’s character through two books so I don’t see a point in reading them.
