The MacGregor Brides by Nora Roberts
3.0
Though this was written in the late 90s, the love stories are definitely from that decade. It is a collection of 3 stories, the granddaughters of Daniel McGregor. You don't need to have read the previous books but it does add some background sweetness you might not otherwise get as one daughter from each of Daniel's offspring are married.
In each, Daniel wants to marry his granddaughters off so he sets a man right in their way.
Lawyer Laura meets security professional Royce when Daniel hired him to set up a system for the house she and her cousins live in.
Surgeon Gwendolyn meets her match when procedural writer Branson bases a killer off of her. While exploring her character, Branson falls in love.
Julia hates working with Cullum, but when his father falls ill, Cullum takes over as the contractor on her latest house.
