Christian Miller is a hot shot attorney who wants to be made a partner in the law firm he works at. His bosses are stuffy and insist on him winning a big case beforehand. When a case falls in his lap that brings memories from his past surfacing he goes all out for revenge.
Arya Roth is the daughter of a Millionaire banker and has lived her whole life in luxury. Growing up Arya only had one true love and it was the son of her housekeeper. Nicholai meant the world to her but when her father found them kissing he beat Nicholai to within an inch of his life and made sure he never came into contact with his daughter again.
Conrad Roth is a multi Millionaire who thinks women are just there to be used and abused and when he is hit with a lawsuit for abusing women he is livid and wants it to go away by throwing money at the problem, unfortunately for him Christian Miller is the prosecution attorney and won't back down.
Unknown to the Roth's is that Christian is hellbent on revenge and wants to see Conrad lose everything, just as he did when he was 15 years old and the son of an immigrant.
Great storyline and fantastic characters and I hope Riggs and Arsène get thier books too.
