what a classic
the plot is just so coherent. there's no deus ex machina and the rabbits all have their own distinct personalities and grow in their capabilities without anything being explicitly pointed out by the author as so many books seem to do.
and the bunnies' stories which they tell each other are really quite spectacular in their own right.

while some rabbits certainly resolved to die fighting for their cause, I wish some of the main rabbits would have actually died. The fact that everyone more-or-less recovered in the end sort of took away from the impact of their decisions.still a grand story and setting altogether
