The Art of Neil Gaiman: The Story of a Writer
by Hayley Campbell
This is an excellent and thorough look at just about everything Gaiman had written at time of publication, much of which I've read. Seeing it laid out in this way made grudgingly push him up a tier in my author pantheon. I'd always described him as "not one of my favorites but I'll always get his books when they come out." That was nonsense. Recommended if you've read a fair amount of his work. If you haven't, get on it. Maybe start with Sandman, Anansi Boys or one of the short story collections.
