This book is fantastic. The only reason I only gave it four stars is because of a pretty big error in it: it calls for a can of cream of mushroom soup in one of its recipes, and most cream of mushroom soups contain wheat. I have used this cookbook a lot as I have it on loan from the library. I may actually have to purchase this one. It's great.
