4.5 ⭐️ This was the perfect read to start spooky season! It was thrilling, chilling, grossed me out at certain parts, made me think I was losing my mind also. I love a good haunted house story and this one definitely delivered a good creep factor. There's mystery, mayhem, pranksters, ghosties, evil entities, family, love, some mentions of mental, emotional and physical abuse. It was a great plot and loveable well rounded characters. Yes I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy a good horror/thriller.
