Exceeded my very high expectations. The writing definitely grew with us in the fan base. The violence is a lot more graphic than in the previous books and there is light mention of CSA. This is definitely more appropriate for older readers, I think 16+ at least. I loved getting to understand more about Haymitch and the connections he has with other victors.
