Did not finish book. Stopped at 46%.

i recently became super obsessed with both of the movies for some reason. So i couldn’t get enough of The MCU (Meg Cinematic Universe 😭) So i decided to read the books. The author definitely has never met a woman. I’ll say that. He writes them so ICKY, was there ever a need in a book about sharks to tell us that one of the woman was sunbathing topless??? HE ALSO WRITES THAT ONE OF THE WOMAN HAS “Tantalizing cleavage” WHAT?

(his female character have ZERO depth, and the unnecessary age gape between Jonas and his new love interest was EGREGIOUS)

I only got almost halfway but i’m gonna conclude with thie: that this was way more fun as a movie and way LESS misogynistic
