This book, I believe, is more aimed toward the young adult reader, but it is informative and enlightening all the same. Most of us want to be better parents and afford our kids every opportunity we can to ensure their futures are bright. However, it is these children, the ones who grow up abused and shuffled from place to place, that we need to be considering with great thought and action. They will be the adults of tomorrow who need assistance finding jobs, staying away from criminal activity, and ongoing guidance for the forty-to-sixty years after childhood. How can we help them today? That would be my next question for Ms. Rhodes-Courter.
