An interesting take on the story of Galatea, but I would've liked if it was longer. I loved the content but I wasn't a fan of the pacing of the plot. It felt a little rushed and we didn't really get to see much of anything.
I think Madeline Miller's writing style really shines in novels as compared to short stories but then again, I love this woman's work so much that I would read basically anything she puts out. So overall, a solid 3 stars.
