This YA murder mystery was a thrilling ride that kept you guessing all the way to the end. From an unsolved disappearance and a seemingly unreliable narrator, the twists & turns and themes explored made for quite the entertaining whodunit. The formatting of this book was very unique, the story was not only split into then and now portions, but was told through multiple perspectives; first person, third person, and podcast transcript. This didn’t make for a confusing read as you might imagine, but rather made it feel more 3 dimensional and modern.
