This book is probably my favorite out of all the others in the series… but not by a lot.

The reason why I liked this one best was because we actually got to see Lourdes and Kyle’s relationship naturally blossom from strangers to friends to lovers. They actually got to know each other by having normal conversations about them as people—their likes and dislikes, etc. They made me CARE about them because I got to know them too. THAT is what had been missing in all the other books. I actually saw the romance between them build and bloom. Also, it was nice to see Kyle’s character growth. He had never been my favorite character because of what he had done with the whole Olivia-Noelle thing and not to mention with Callie too, but the previous book AND this one made me like him due to his character growth. It was great to see.

And Noelle finally getting what she had deserved was a nice touch too.

Now what made me dislike this book was the last part of the book. The author really bungled it up the way it did and I HATED it.
