I loved that book. Actually I loved the first book more, but was good tho.
Adena didn't deserve any of that and I'm so mad of that. Mac is a very good character but honestly I didn't like how he acted at her death. Like bro you are a wielder. I imagined a very different scenario. I wanted to see the "'Il let the world burn for you" scenario..🕺 I didn't like the ending. And also at the beginning when he know that Hera died, he didn't act right also. Mac and Adena scenes also were not vey good, like I kinda felt like the pace was too fast just to build a connection between them. I was listening to the audiobook also and honestly it wasn't so good like the mmc was good but not fmc.
Finally, don't get me wrong guys l liked the book but it wasn't satisfying🤷♀️
