The Daredevil by Dylan Allen

1.5

The blurb is very deceiving. Sure, he literally says that line. But nothing else is true. He wasn’t going to be her boss, he already was, at least on this assignment. They weren’t pretending in order to land the deal, she was pretending in order to spy on the other company. And what secrets was she keeping? None. Which was refreshing, since she is very good at communicating, but not what it says on the blurb. It was very boring until chapter nine or ten, which is over half of it. And even then it was just OK. The spice was very forgettable. I almost DNF.
