martin short is one of my favorite humans. he’s brought so much joy into my life through his films, television appearances, and comedy specials. and it’s clear that this joy only multiplies when it comes to the people he loves. i teared up reading about how kurt russell showed up for marty and his family after the loss of his late wife, nancy. so in awe of his resilience through loss at every stage of his life, and the grace with which he continues to carry himself.
