This book has a little bit of everything. Angst, love, spicy, funny moments and sad moments.
Beckett is an grump or rather he is an introvert that can't with people outside of his job as a cop. Will is sunshine but also stern in his approach of Beckett. They have a will they or won't they relationship that has its ups and downs but in the end love wins.
I can with certainty say I hate Becketts family and Cameron is one my s*itlist, I don't care if he is sorry or not.
The books is the first in a series and Kerry is nicely setting us up for the next book with some well placed hints.
This was a lovely read with laugh out loud moments, awesome smut but also moments where you get a bit sad and angry in regards to how people treat certain people, but all is well.
