This made a lot more sense than the anime and I’m glad I read it before watching that episode. You get a deeper look into Kunikida’s character and it made me appreciate him a lot more. I wonder what goes on in Dazai’s brain. The writing style took some time to get used to but it’s not that big of a deal [update: I realised I probably read the fan translation, not the official 💀]. Overall an enjoyable read.
