what a great debut novel! i really enjoyed this book. throughout this story it had me giggling kicking my legs, crying, and on the edge of my seat. the best way to hook me into a story is throw back chapters. i love getting a look into the characters past. one of my most favorite things about a book.

colton - i love a mmc glow up. seeing him go from a cocky bull rider to dropping everything for honey. talk about swoon 🥰

honey - i related to her so much as a pcos girlie myself. her story brought me to tears. her resilience is so admirable.

fav quote: “i undeerstood that all the pain and pining we’d suffered made us even more grateful for the second chance we’d been given.”

honorable mentions:

“hang on dorothy! we’re not in kansas anymore!” - as a kansas girlie, i’m here for the wizard of oz reference

“in front of me stood an american cowboy, the type that made authors like elsie silver rich.” - YES loved this quote
