I saw a video before I was far into this book stating “if you’ve seen the movie and it’s a comfort to you you, do not read this book” I can safely say I do partly agree with that sentiment. This was a great book to read from a standpoint that I am roughly the same age as Julie during all of the project, and it’s a comfort to see that people my age mostly all think that the world could come crashing down around them for lack of “doing something with this life” it was partly disheartening to see how abysmal some of the little hiccups could be for her when the sky wasn’t falling down, it was just a stuck crepe. But reading this at a point in my life where I needed to read it was definitely worth it
