I loved it! It was dark...at times raw. The themes were Truths that happen to many people, across different cultures—cult or no cult. In between the pages are lovers, people trying to find meaning and sense in the world. Whether they're misguided or not, for them, at least it's their reality. I see this book as an allegory of the world. The small place, where people are wicked, selfish, loving and in some ways self-destructive. It mirrors our world, even though this mirror is distorted. It was a fantastic read!
