The Shadowhunter's Codex by Joshua Lewis, Cassandra Clare

4.0

The book had a lot of information about the Shadow World, but got a tad bit boring after a while. I'm someone who'll curl up on the soda with a good book, so it was a little tedious at times. The only thing that really kept me going was Jace, Clary, and Simon. The author could've put in a bit more annotations. I mean when I annotate, I write a whole lot more. But maybe that's just me. You might not have the same thoughts as me if you're a reader who'll read like a chapter and stop. Overall, it was good, but I had higher expectations.
