The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks
by E. Lockhart
This book had elements of awesome pranks, secret clubs, and linguistic playfulness. I simply loved the language which was full of great words combined in new ways. The goal of the main character is not a topic that occurs a lot in literature, but in the books boarding school setting it was nicely explored. There were also some elements of general human nature which I really enjoyed and kept thinking about after finishing the book. That is truly a indication of a good book, and I would give it five stars any day.
