4.0

This was a nice one. The initial angst and awkwardness was fun and I enjoyed that we didn't have to follow the usual cookie-cutter romance timeline (meet, starting falling for each other, insert awful thing here to break them up, make up, HEA). This just did it's own thing and had a natural progression between the MCs that really emphasized their growth together despite the grief they were both surrounded by. Any reluctance was easily understood by their own past traumas.

Overall: 4.1/5 - It was fun and quick but managed to acquire some depth. The kids meddling was cute and the overabundance of love and support from the family and each other really allowed for a sweet story that didn't disappoint. Props go out to Casey and Adam. They were fun.
