Love Lies: A True Story of Marriage and Murder in the Suburbs by Amanda Lamb

2.0

Truly terrible storytelling. Many pieces of evidence were retold almost verbatim dozens of times, but critical pieces were glossed over. And the ending is in the title. It read like a very shallowly investigated 400 page summary on a local news website, but with a goofy amount of bias thrown in. Even so, I blazed through it in 4 days, which speaks to the addictive power of the true crime genre.
