I got this book through goodreads giveaway. After I got that I noticed that it was a second in a series so I had to purchase the first one so that I could read that first.
This review may have some slight spoilers because there is a book before this one that will need to be read to understand kind of what is going on.
Maggie Riley (she goes by Riley) is a sailor who travels the work on her sailboat while working. In the first book "Circle of Bones" she runs into Cole a treasure hunter on a voyage looking for the remains of a sunken submarine. Adventure ensues and some tragedy happens and Maggie believes Cole is lost to her.
At the beginning of "Dragon's Triangle" Riley is still hopeful that Cole is still out there but she has started to move on with her life. Still traveling. She runs into some trouble and another treasure hunt that has some connection to her family falls upon her.
These kinds of books aren't usually the kinds of books that I read but I felt slightly obligated because I won this book in a Goodreads giveaway. It was better than I thought it was going to be.
