I thought I've read this early this year, but somehow I forgot to rate and review it, so I reread it now when I'm in the need of something light.
This story happened 2 years before Cinder timeline, telling us about an android who fell in love with human. It's based on Little Mermaid tale, the original one and not the Disney one, mind you, so yeah, I think you could predict what kind of ending this would give.
Unpopular opinion, but the main character, the Mech0.6 android or Star, is not my favorite character througout this series. I don't know why, maybe because her character was explored less--since we usually got the whole book, right? But I could hardly symphatize with Star, I'm more of team DarakanMiko. :p
But this is Ms. Marissa Meyer we talked about. Her stories are awesome. How she could adopt Little Mermaid storyline into Lunar universe while still so loyal to the original fairytale is.... ugh! So yeah.
