Here One Moment by Liane Moriarty
3.25
emotional hopeful inspiring mysterious reflective tense slow-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Complicated

Liane Moriarty always writes characters with so much depth, which was both good and bad because it made me genuinely concerned for each one in this book! The story takes off (ha) immediately with Cherry predicting the deaths of every passenger on the plane, which built the suspense right away. I enjoyed reading through the chapters following each character after their predictions. At first, Cherry's chapters were interesting to give backstory, but I found myself skimming over them after a while because I just wanted to get back to the other characters. In the end, I love how it all came together to a satisfying ending.
