I know I'm biased because I find economics so incredibly confusing, but I was not a fan of this book.
Of the parts I understood, I don't think Marx was entirely wrong. In fact, some of the stuff he was talking about then makes me think of issues like how the fashion and tech industries exploit poor workers in Asian countries. These are not old, dead issues he is discussing.
However, there is a lot of historical knowledge, economic knowledge, and use of style embedded into the work that made it hard to understand for me personally. If you were passionate about this subject, I think it would be worth a read. Even with my limited understanding, it has certainly helped me look at certain issues in a new light. It's just personally not a topic I enjoy spending time analyzing or critiquing, making it all the more frustrating to spend hours undertaking it.
